Venue

If you are looking for an excellent venue for your function, look no further than your favourite rugby club!

We have a fantastic venue available for hire.

Our upstairs clubroom has a bar, furniture (bar leaners, tables and chairs), dance floor and plenty of room!

We have experienced staff on hand. Late licence available if required.

The size of the lounge is 270m2 and is licenced for 250 Patrons.

  

Catering

We have catering available and have included two pricing options here.

Buffet with three meats and salads
plus either cheese board /finger food or dessert option
$35 per head
Buffet with three meats and salads $25 per head

 

Other options may be available on request, otherwise you are welcome to provide your own food.

 

Cost

Hire charge is $450 per function. This charge includes all CCC late licence charges that are valued up to $207 depending on the number of Patrons at the event.

Please note bookings must be confirmed, and paid for, 20 working days before the event to ensure CCC licence applications can be processed and approved before the event. 

Meeting Room

We also have a meeting room that can easily cater for 20 people. This room is furnished with table and chairs and measures 60m2. There is plenty of space to bring in additional equipment for your meeting. The hire charge for the meeting room is $150 per day.
