All Black XV selection

What a night for the Club! Two of our club players have been named in the All Black XV tonight.
Oliver Jager (Crusaders) has had a late start to the season while recovering from a neck injury sustained last season. Over the last two weeks he has shown his true qualities and we hope he has better luck with injuries going forward. He has a big final to look forward to this weekend!
Billy Harmon (Highlanders) has had a stellar last 12 months. Named as Captain of the Canterbury NPC team last season, was followed by selection in the All Black XV team at the end of last season. On that trip he was then called up to the All Black squad as injury cover on the Northern Hemisphere tour last last year, and then he was rewarded will Captaincy of the Highlanders this season. Week-in week-out he stood up despite the challenges the team had through the season.
We are so proud of these two players, and shows that they are not far off taking that next step up to the All Blacks.
